data theft is higher than ever. Scanning and installing anti virus
software usually takes about an hour.
Broadband Router Installation/ Basic Networking
When you have Cable or DSL and only one PC is connected to your
Internet service, we can install a router that allows you to share your
high-speed Internet connection with two or more PCs –all on the Internet at
the same time -and that means web, email, printer, and file-sharing access
for everyone! And as an added bonus, your PCs are safer and now much harder
to hack. We recommend wireless networking for a neat and streamlined look
with no messy cables or drilling into walls. To configure two PCs usually
takes about one and a half hours.

running low on hard drive space. And if you have high-speed Internet access,
you may be downloading larger files and accessing the Internet more than
ever. When your hard drive is low on space, your PC/Mac’s performance will be

from the old hard drive to the new hard drive. This generally takes about two
hours.

Unfortunately many people put off thinking about backing up data
–until it’s too late. A hard drive crash, a power surge, even a fire can
destroy critical and valuable data. This is why backups are so important. We
can work with you to find a backup plan that suits you, from CD-RWs, external
hard drives, or other devices.

Periodically, Microsoft, Apple, and other companies release critical
updates and patches to their operating systems, software, and or devices. We
will install those for you, and optimize your PC/Mac to suit your needs. This
usually takes about an hour.
Data Migration
When you’ve just purchased a new PC/Mac and are wondering how to get
all of your old information from the old machine to the new machine, we have
the solution! Data migration is the process of moving your e-mail, bookmarks,
desktop icons, and other data over to your new PC or Mac. Depending on the
amount of applications that need to be re-installed, this process can take
anywhere from one hour to five hours.
PC/Mac Repair
When it’s broken, we can fix it, whether it’s no picture, no sound,
can’t access the Internet, can’t print, an unhappy Mac. We have the
solutions. These problems generally take about an hour to resolve, although
can take longer depending on the complexity.
New Hardware Install and configuration
So you want more RAM, a new DVD Burner, or a Video Card for your PC or
