| One hour minimum for all onsite service calls.
Residential Rates:
Onsite Support: $96 for the first hour, $60 for each additional hour, billed in 30 minute increments [$30 for each ˝ hour]. Plus the cost of additional hardware/equipment.
Drop Off Support: $79 for the first hour, $50 for each additional hour, billed in 30 minute increments. Plus the cost of additional hardware/equipment.
Telephone Support: $30 per call, This charge will be deducted from onsite support charge if resolution is not achieved within 30 minutes and an onsite visit is required.
Commercial Rates:
Onsite Support: $106 per hour, billed in 30 minute increments after the first hour [$53 per each ˝ hour]. Plus the cost of additional hardware/equipment.
Drop Off Support: $85 per hour, billed in 30 minute increments after the first hour [$42.50 per each ˝ hour]. Plus the cost of additional hardware/equipment.
Telephone Support: $32 per call, This charge will be deducted from onsite support charge if resolution not achieved within 30 minutes and an onsite visit is required.
“Block time” can be purchased to reduce your onsite costs (commercial only).
10 hours prepaid = $1007 20 hours prepaid = $1908 40 hours prepaid = $3604
46 hours and above billed at $85 per hour.
